System Manager - Security
These options affect the Voice Solutions Phoenix security only, not your operating system.

Admin Password
This is the password required to log into Navigator as the administrator. It will be for the administrative profile ID 990. The password can be up to 24 characters long and include alphanumerics and symbols.
Admin Telephony Password
This is the password for the administrative profile ID 990 when connecting by telephony. Since it is for telephony access, it can only contain numeric characters. Alpha characters or symbols are not allowed. The password can be up to 24 characters long.
Logon as
This is the default user profile that will be used to log into Navigator. However, you can always log in as a different user prompted to enter your password.
Reprompt for password to access the System Manager
If checked, you will have to re-enter your password every time you click to go to System Manager.
Reprompt for password to Edit or Export jobs
If checked, you will have to re-enter your password every time you try to Edit a job's demographics or Export jobs.
Retain password for __ minutes
If checked, you will not have to re-enter your password for the amount of time designated when accessing the System Manager or Editing/Exporting jobs, even if the Reprompt for password to access the System Manager and Reprompt for password to Edit or Export jobs options are checked.
Require iNet Password
If checked, all typists who connect via iNet will be required to create passwords for their profile. The Minimum Password Length determines the minimum length their password must be. This can be from 2-24.
