Access Log
Phoenix keeps track of who and when a dictation is edited or accessed, whether it be via telephony, iNet 3, or Navigator.
Filter Options
The Access Log can get large quite quickly, so you will most likely want to filter the results. This can be done using any combination of the filter options.

Job Number
If you know the dictation in question, enter its unique Job Number and click Refresh.
User Name
This will only show entries produced by that particular user. Click Refresh after making your selection.
User ID
This will only show entries produced by that particular user. Click Refresh after making your selection.
Date Range
This will only show entries from the date range you enter. Click Refresh after making your selection.
