System Manager - Channels

A channel is also referred to as a port. The number of channels you can enable is determined by how many ports your system has on your telephony card(s).


Each channel has several options that can be configured.

Making Changes

To save any changes you have made, you must click the Update button. To duplicate a channel, click Copy, go to the channel you want to modify, and then click Paste.

The Default button will restore the factory defaults to the channel. Note that any changes you have made will be lost.
