Note that this may take several minutes to complete.

You can enter any number from 1-999999. After entering your number, click Reset Job Number. The Admin ID 990 password for this feature must be entered in the Admin Password box first.

Warning: This cannot be undone.
Clear the Access Log Database
This will delete all access log entries. To proceed click the Clear Access Log button. The Admin ID 990 password for this feature must be entered in the Admin Password box first.

Duplicate Import held time
If two files with the exact same filename are copied to the Import directory, the length of time determines how long (in minutes) before it allows a duplicate to import. A duplicate file that is copied within the Held Time, will not be imported. Some situations this could occur, would be a user who resends dictation from Dss Extractor because it did not import initially. Without this Held Time, two copies of the same dictation would end up In Queue.
Import Users
This allows you to bulk create Author profiles by importing a CSV file. This file must be named AuthorList.csv and copied to the VoiceSolutions\Navigator\Temp directory.
Update Fields
This will update the system's demographic column fields. If you created custom demographic columns that are not showing up then this should resolve the issue.
Update Statistics
This will update the job length statistics for improved accuracy.
Refresh Activity
This will refresh the Activity Monitor list. You should not need to do this unless the Activity Monitor has locked up.
Making Changes
To save any changes you have made, you must click the Apply button. Close will save and exit the screen.
The Revert button will restore the settings back to their last saved configuration.
