Overview
iChannel Suite is a software transcription solution that works with the Voice Solutions Brooktrout (version 2) dictation system. Version 2 has been discontinued but additional iChannel Suite installs can be added to existing servers.

iChannel Suite includes two applications: iChannel and iNet 2. iChannel is for connecting to the server when on the same LAN. iNet is for connecting to the server across the internet, a VPN, or WAN. However, iNet also requires an additional module on the server called VS Listener.

NOTE: iChannel Suite does NOT work with the new version 3 Voice Solutions server, Phoenix. iNet 3 is required for that.
